I have been seeing all of these posts on Facebook about being thankful. I'm starting mine here and catching up, so this is actually six days worth of thankfulness. Not surprising that I am behind!
Nov. 1--I am thankful for a God that loves me and wants a relationship with me. I am thankful that he sent his son to die for my sins and that he loves me that much.
Nov. 2--I am thankful for my husband, Chris. We've been married ten years and I love him bunches. I love the daddy that he is to our two sweet children and I love the husband that he is to me. I love that he watches over our family.
Nov. 3--I am thankful for Gray and Katherine. I never thought that I could love two small children as much as I love them. I am grateful that God has allowed me to be their mommy and I pray that I don't send them to therapy. I love the smart, strongwilled, loving personalities that God has equipped them with.
Nov. 4--I am thankful for my grandparents, the Beasleys and the Jacksons. I have been blessed with two tremendous sets of grandparents who have shaped me into the person that I am today. They are amazing! I wish that I lived closer to Grandmom and Granddaddy Beasley and could see them more. There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss Grandmother and Granddaddy Jackson. I do feel better though knowing that they are watching over me from heaven.
Nov. 5--I am thankful for my parents. I would not be who I am today without them. Thank you for loving me and teaching me countless lessons. Thank you for letting me make my own mistakes so that I could learn from them. After having my own children, it makes me even more appreciative of all of the sacrifices that they have made for me over the years.
Nov. 6--I am thankful for my in-laws, Ben and Ann. A girl could not ask for a better set of second parents. They are so loving and helpful and I am super blessed to be a Mitchell! I also think that they did an awesome job raising their children and I am so grateful for their influence on Gray and Katherine.
